This delightfully inspired red blend embodies the virtues of classic European varietals grown within the Niagara region. The blending of Cabernet Franc, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Petit Verdot entice the senses with unfolding aromas of bright red currants, blackberry jam and white pepper. Mouth filling flavours of black berry, red currants and bitter dark chocolate engage the palate with firm but elegant tannins to provide structure.
Serve 15 to 18 C. Pairs well with beef burgers, roast pork or duck breast with port and fruit reduction, or mushroom wellington.
