Garnet hued, this lovely, light-bodied wine sports bright fruit notes and dried florals with a backbone of fresh acidity and structured tannins. This chameleon of a wine changes to suit the foods paired with it. The acidity allows it to work well with fats and mild foods. Think turkey, duck, mushroom dishes, pink skinned fish, pizza or charcuterie.
