This Brut Rose is a vineyard first and was created with the vineyard's Cabernet Franc grapes. Hand harvested on October 12th, 2020 then lightly pressed to create this lovely colour, the wine delivers delicate crushed raspberry notes, red apple skin and zesty acidity. The mousse is full and creamy in the mouth. Perfect as an aperitif or with apps, salads, fish and cheese.
Although made from LENS fruit, because it's second fermentation is done in the charmat or tank method, it must be labelled VQA Ontario.
