An alliance of power and elegance for this red Séguret. Beautiful aromas of cherries, violets and peppery notes. A remarkable structure based on fine and silky tannins. Long finish.
Manual harvest. The fruit was destemmed and had a 21-day cool maceration. Spontaneous fermentation followed. Aging in tapered French oak vats. Aging on fine lees.
