"Ô JOIE" perfectly captures the joyful, festive spirit of this delightful Beaujolais. Fifth-generation winemaker Anne-Victoire Monrozier (known as Miss Vicky) crafts this wine alongside her father Gilles at their family estate, Château des Moriers. Located in northeastern Fleurie, bordering Moulin-à-Vent, their 70-year-old Gamay vines grow in pink granite soils with northeastern exposure.
The wine undergoes a 10-day semi-carbonic maceration followed by aging in concrete tanks. Made with organic farming practices and vegan-friendly fining agents, this pure and elegant wine offers bright red berry flavors with subtle spice notes and a refreshing mineral character. Light and juicy, it embodies the vibrant new direction of Vicky's winemaking while honoring her family's legacy.
