Type of soil : clay and limestone
Winemaking : 100% Barrel fermentation (10% new oak barrels / 90% barrels aged 1 and up to 5 years). Maturing on fine lees for 8 months in barrel and 4 months in tank.
Tasting Note : With its sparkling colour, this Rully releases lovely aromas of white fruit - elegant citrus, pear, and white flower aromatics with distinct mineral notes. On the tongue, it’s the clear, tangy flavour of white nectarines, a medium-to-full-bodied palate showcases pure, precise fruit with excellent acidity and a long, mineral-driven finish.
Barrel-fermented and lees-aged for added richness while preserving the wine's natural freshness and minerality.
